The apartment is the front unit of a historic 1925 ‘Sears Modern Home’, the iconic kit homes sold in the early 1900’s featuring a west facing front porch, 10 foot + ceilings, and loads of charm! Both bedrooms (one with ensuite bath) have brand new queen beds with high quality mattress, new linens, pillows & towels and the home itself has a living area, dining area, and open kitchen fast wifi and a smart TV. The apartment has been decorated with a mix of old and new items sourced from local artisans and antique shops!

Guests can access the front of the apartment with a key code entry system, and have one dedicated paved parking space in our parking lot. Additional parking for one car may be available on our flat gravel lot just above our paved parking lot. Our place is a quick 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from down town Galax
Please note there is a unit located above this unit and you may hear intermittent sounds from the neighbors above. The driveway is shared (you will have your own dedicated spot) so please use care when driving in and out. Flat gravel space above parking lot can be used for an additional car-first come first served
