Backyard Bread is a free workshop at the Galax Public Library. Steve Pottorff, a Carroll County, Virginia Extension Agent, will cover how to grow wheat for bread making. He will also explain how planting this crop can improve soil. The program will begin at 2:00 on Saturday, April 20th. Walk-ins are welcome. Registration is not required for this public presentation.
