The Arts Council is supported by individual, family and corporate memberships, donations, the Virginia Commission for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, the Mid-Atlantic Arts Foundation, the City of Galax, the Town of Hillsville and Carroll and Grayson Counties.
The members and board of The Arts Council believe that art is important to the life of a community and nourishes human development.
