Darco Southern, Inc was incorporated in 1976 to manufacture industrial gasketing products and high temperature textiles.

Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains in the small town of Independence, Virginia, Darco Southern has expanded greatly from its original two employees and five thousand square foot building.
